Tool disk is driver by servo motor ensure high positioning accuracy. Coupling device is driven by hydraulic cylinder, and equipped with 3-piece curve coupling. These enable fast and accurate tool changing operation.

45°SLANT BED CONSTRUCTION One-piece Fabricated with Optimal Rigidity. 
The 45 °slant bed is one-piece fabricated from Meehanite cast iron, stress relieved for deformation free operations. 
Box ways on X, Z-axis resist heavy cutting. 
The bed is analyzed through Finite Element Analysis software to dramatically increase the rigidity while minimizing structural deformation.
