WEWELDING601H超级不锈钢焊条介绍
强调：美国WEWELDING品牌是威欧丁在中国大陆地区的总代理，威欧丁在全国各地没有设立经销商，WEWELDING601H（简称威欧丁601H）超级不锈钢焊条来源于威欧丁（天津）焊接技术有限公司!
WEWELDING601H是一种通用的不锈钢焊条，用于各种级别不锈钢的高级全方位焊接合金，具有高抗腐蚀性和高耐热性，耐热温度高达1200℃。具有良好的焊接性，在各种情况下，极少量的飞溅并易于焊渣清除
通用性：可以用来焊修各种级别的不锈钢及碳钢，特别是用于焊接310，314，410，430和近似的其它不锈钢以及其它合金钢。完全奥氏体结构意味着不会出现西格玛相。
力学性能：
抗拉强度：达到100，000磅/平方英寸（689牛顿/平方毫米）
屈服强度：达到 65，000磅/平方英寸（448牛顿/平方毫米）

WEWELDING601H CHARACTER:
1.Heat and corrosion resistant alloy for all grades of stainless steel
2.Heat and scale resistant up to 1200℃(2190ºF)
3.Good weldability in all positions with little spatter and easy slag removal.
4.Fully austenitic structure means no risk of sigma phase.
5.Designed for welding 310,314,410,430 and similar stainless steels.

WEWELDING601H Hints
1.Maintain a short arc length and maintain a maximum interpass temperature of 200℃
2.Stringer bead is recommended. Remove slag between passes.
3.Bevel heavy sections to form a 75ºV-groove.Preheat is normally not recommended.
4.CrNi based heat and scale resistant filler materials are not designed to withstand high temperature, sulfur containing fumes. For this reason, the final layer should be welded using a ferritical-chrome steel filler material. Contact R&D Industries for additional information.
